Cafe Kado is an online marketplace dedicated to showcasing and selling handmade products by talented Iranian artisans. The platform celebrates creativity, supports small businesses, and connects customers with unique, one-of-a-kind pieces

Responsiblities

At Cafe Kado, I led the marketing function end-to-end — from strategy design to hands-on execution. I began by developing tailored marketing strategies based on a thorough understanding of our customer personas, touchpoints, and pain points. Using customer journey mapping, I planned integrated campaigns across multiple channels, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.

My work spanned content marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, influencer collaborations, online advertising, and multi-channel campaigns that blended these approaches. I regularly tracked KPIs, analysed performance, and optimised both processes and channels to deliver measurable results.

Gift Guide Blog Content

Designed and executed a blog content strategy to tackle one of the biggest challenges for a gift-focused website: helping customers find the perfect gift. We segmented audiences based on demographics, interests, and special occasions, creating tailored articles that inspired readers while driving targeted traffic.

Artist Storytelling & Brand Connection

Developed and executed a storytelling-driven content campaign to bridge the gap between artists and customers. Through blog posts, videos, and social media, we showcased the unique stories and craftsmanship behind handmade gifts, turning potential delivery-time challenges into a brand-strengthening opportunity. This approach not only enhanced customer appreciation for artisan work but also reinforced Cafe Kado’s identity as the go-to platform for meaningful, one-of-a-kind gifts.
